“ This place is amazing! Great food, a very intimate and personal setting. Great service! ”
“ We love Amore's! The place has been around since we were kids and it is always great food and the owners are very good people. Don't go if you're not hungry! ”
“ The top notch reviews brought us here to take out homemade Italian specialties. The manicotti, salmon salad, and minestrone soup were the best I enjoyed in a long time. They were all delicious. The only challenge is the construction on the street, but hopefully the city will complete that soon. ”
“ Always delicious homemade Italian specialties served by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. And dollar for value. Small and quaint! Loved it for 30 years!! ”
“ Ran into this cute little Italian restaurant’s with great ambiance and love the way it’s set up! The restaurant food is so tasty and very delicious! I really enjoyed it and will be back again ”
“ Looks like a shopping center, but it's lovely on the inside. Reservations recommended. Myriad of wines. Wonderful stuffed mushrooms with creamy pesto sauce were a nice appetizer for four. Several sides to choose from: Caesar salad was big and delicious. Chicken Marsala tends to be a bit sweet. Big portion! Comes with fettuccine Alfredo. One member exchanged that for veggies, no problem. Dinner special of Ossu Bucco with Gnocchi was to-die-for! Ask for Beatriz for your server. She was so attentive and patient! ”
“ If you’re looking for a dining experience that will sweep you off your feet, look no further than Amore Italian Bistro in Snider Plaza! Last weekend, my friends and I decided to indulge in a night of Italian culinary delights, and let me tell you, Amore did not disappoint! We started our evening with the classic trio: pizza, pasta, and lasagna. The pizza was a masterpiece - crispy crust, tangy tomato sauce, and just the right amount of gooey mozzarella. Each bite transported us straight to the heart of Naples. The pasta? Oh, the pasta! Perfectly al dente with a rich, flavorful sauce that clung to each strand, it was nothing short of heavenly. But the piece de resistance was the lasagna - layers upon layers of delicate pasta, creamy bechamel, and savory meat sauce, all topped with a golden, bubbly cheese crust. It was like a warm hug from an Italian grandmother. The ambiance at Amore is just as enchanting as the food. With its cozy, rustic charm and friendly staff, it felt like we were dining in a small village trattoria. Our waiter was fabulous, making sure our glasses were never empty and recommending the perfect wine to complement our meal. And the bartender? Let's just say he’s a magician with cocktails - the drinks were as delightful as the food! As the night went on, the restaurant buzzed with laughter and conversation, creating an atmosphere that was both lively and intimate. It was the perfect setting for catching up with friends and making new memories. In short, Amore Italian Bistro is a gem in Dallas. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner for two or a fun night out with friends, this is the place to be. Buon appetito! ”
“ On the inside it looks like one of those cute little Italian restaurants you see in movies. I've never been here before but it had an open reservation for Valentine's Day and so glad we discovered it. Loved the atmosphere. Great service. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and it was delicious. For our main plate it's was tortellini shrimp scampi with a side of minestrone soup and penne al forno with tomato basil. This was just ok for me but really has more to do if you have a taste for Italian sausage and bacon, which I really don't, but my husband liked the bite he had. Both were good. They served everything with warm bread and easily went through a few baskets. It is a bit pricey. Appetizers could afford to be about 1 or 2 less. With tip for 2 people with an appetizer and no dessert you'll be out about100. It's good for a special occasion. It's a bit far from home but hopefully we'll visit again. It would be worth the ride. ”
